1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Fortunyx, a product of Jessie Goh Digital Marketing & Automation (ABN 47 678 506 235). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Plans and billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars, GST included, with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time and changes take effect at the next billing date. Usage charges (SMS, calls, phone numbers, email sends and AI minutes) are billed in USD at cost plus a small margin and are shown live in your wallet.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws when using the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Fortunyx to send unsolicited messages, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Your data
You own your data. You may export your contacts, notes and files at any time. We process your data only as needed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
Fortunyx is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding three months.
