We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and booking notes when you book a demo or contact us. We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type and usage analytics, to keep the platform secure and reliable.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and run demos, provide and support the Fortunyx platform, process payments, send service notifications, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Where it is stored
Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Australia with daily backups. Some usage billing data (SMS, calls, AI minutes) is processed in USD by our upstream providers and may be stored outside Australia.
